The Virginia Capital Chapter is located in the Richmond area and is only an hour and change arway from great streams in the Blue Ridge, George Washington National Forest and other public waters. Our active community specializes in K-12 education in the areas of conservation and fishing activities partnering with several local, county and state parks and recreation organizations.
We also provide manpower and expertise to other chapters in their projects in other areas of the state. Virginia boasts at least two nationally recognized limestone streams that are currently in desperate need of help and are on our drawing board to assist as the projects unfold.
Please visit again as we post more specifics about these projects and our newly reorganized chapter. And if you'd like to join please visit TU's site here where you will be automatically assigned to our chapter if you are in this area.
